My BIL (brother in law, Shrek) and I share the same birthday. Which is awesome. He had a "landmark" birthday this year, so we celebrated with his choice of activity: mini golf and pizza.
We had a great time - BIL came in with the top score, and I came in second. Appropriate for the birthday people! I also scored T H R E E holes-in-one which was pretty awesome!
And at work it's been an office tradition (for the past year, ever since our department was formed) to surprise-decorate one's office for their birthday. Mine wasn't decorated until the afternoon (surprise!!!) but I'm keeping the decorations up til Halloween!

A cross stitch project I've been wanting for over a year, and a *GREAT* ArtBin tote to put a bunch of my craft supplies in (it has 5 or 6 flat plastic boxes inside for floss or whatever).
It was a great celebration weekend - and since then I've had a gift certificate from work (for the agency store), two lovely birthday dinners, and will be celebrating with Dad for a third!
